摘　　要：王孟清教授认为咽喉为肺之门户,外邪侵袭,咽喉受邪,邪气扰乱经络气机,局部经络阻滞,气血不通,津液布散失常,咽中常有异物感;肺气不利,上犯咽喉,则咽痒而咳;肝风上扰,肝火犯肺,水道不通,津液耗伤,咽喉不利,久则咽喉局部肌肉抽动,频繁“清嗓子”。玄麦甘桔汤组方虽简而精,王教授将该方作为临床治疗小儿多种咽喉疾病的基础方剂,如治疗咳嗽、慢乳蛾、鼾证、抽动障碍等,常可获得显著疗效。附案例4则,以资验证。Professor WANG Mengqing holds that the throat serves as the portal of the lung.When exogenous pathogenic factors invade,the throat is attacked.The pathogenic factors disturb the channels and collaterals,blocks the local meridians,obstructs qi and blood,results in the abnormal dispersion of the body fluid,and often has a foreign body sensation in the pharynx;if the lung qi is unsmooth,upward attacks the throat,then the pharynx itches and coughs;if the liver wind upward disturbs and the liver fire invades the lung,then the water passage is blocked,the body fluid is impaired and the throat is unsmooth.After a long time,the local muscles of the throat twitch and“clear the throat”frequently.Although the composing prescriptions of Xuanmai Ganjie Tang(玄麦甘桔汤)is simple and precise,professor WANG takes it as the basic prescription for the clinical treatment of children with various throat diseases,namely cough,chronic tonsillitis,sleep apnea syndrome,tic disorder,etc.,which can often obtain significant curative effect.Four cases are attached for verification.
