自拟醒脑止遗汤治疗儿童遗尿症33例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟醒脑止遗汤治疗儿童遗尿症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2019年3月南通大学附属常州儿童医院儿童遗尿症专科门诊就诊的遗尿症患儿64例,按随机数字表法分为对照组31例和治疗组33例。2组均予以生活训练(指导),对照组在生活训练(指导)的基础上予去氨加压素口服治疗,治疗组在生活训练(指导)的基础上口服自拟醒脑止遗汤,2组均连续治疗4周并观察1个月后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为87.9%(29/33),明显高于对照组的71.0%(22/31),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组的中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后,对照组仅1周遗尿次数较同组治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组1周遗尿次数及觉醒程度较同组治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且与对照组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟醒脑止遗汤治疗儿童遗尿症临床疗效确切,可有效改善遗尿症患儿的遗尿次数及觉醒程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Xingnao Zhiyi Tang(醒脑止遗汤)in the treatment of children with enuresis.Methods From June 2018 to March 2019,64 cases of children with enuresis consulted in specialist clinic of children with enuresis of Changzhou Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University were chosen and divided into control group with 31 cases and treatment group with 33 cases according to random number table method.The 2 groups were both given life training coaching,on this basis,the control group was given oral administration of desmopressin,and the treatment group was given self-made Xingnao Zhiyi Tang.We kept statistics about the curative effects after both groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks and observed for 1 month.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.9%(29/33),which was significantly higher than 71.0%(22/31)of the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in TCM symptom scores between the 2 groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,only the number of enuresis in the control group was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment in the same group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of enuresis and awakening degree in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment in the same group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion It has definite clinical efficacy,can effectively improve the number of enuresis and awakening degree of children patients with enuresis to use self-made Xingnao Zhiyi Tang in the treatment of children with enuresis,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
