摘  要:翻转课堂(inverted classroom)是通过重新调整课堂内及课堂外时间的分配,把学习的决定权从教师一方转到学生一方的新的教学方法。血液净化学作为近年来的新兴学科,并未作为一个单独的学科列入临床实习或规培常规计划中,且存在教学时间片段分散、书本知识有限以及需要系统病例回顾与临床应用相结合等特点,临床医师的带教需要建立有别于传统教学的时间完整、教学地点固定的模式。文章试图探索在血液净化教学中应用以微课、慕课为基础的翻转课堂的教学体系,以期待为临床实习生及规培生的血液净化学的教学提供更好的互动性及接受度,这对其他操作性强且可能涉及多学科应用的非主流学科教学也有一定的借鉴价值。Inverted classroom refers to the re-adjustment of time inside and outside the classroom so that the right to determine learning is transferred from the teacher to the student.Blood purification,as a new discipline in recent years,has not been included in clinical practice or routine program as a separate discipline.It also has the characteristics of scattered teaching time fragments,limited book knowledge and the need to combine systematic case review and clinical application.The teaching of clinicians needs to establish a mode that is different from the traditional teaching of complete time and fixed teaching place.This paper attempts to explore the application of the flipped classroom teaching system based on microclass and massive open online courses(MOOC)in blood purification teaching,in the hope of providing better interaction and acceptance for the teaching of blood purification for clinical interns and standardized trainers,which is also of certain reference value for other nonmainstream subjects with strong operability that may involve multi-disciplinary application.
