血必净治疗AECOPD合并SIRS患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察血必净注射液对合并全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)的AECOPD患者的治疗价值。方法将82例AECOPD合并SIRS患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组均入组41例,均予常规治疗,治疗组除常规治疗外,同时予血必净注射液静脉应用。观察两组治疗前、治疗后4 d、8 d的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、内毒素水平变化,并比较临床疗效及住院时间。结果治疗后4 d、8 d,与对照组比较,血必净治疗组患者血清CRP、内毒素水平下降(P<0.05);同时治疗组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论血必净能有效改善AECOPD合并SIRS患者的系统性炎症反应及内毒素水平,提高临床总有效率,缩短住院时间。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)complicated with Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome(SIRS).Methods 82 AECOPD patients complicated with SIRS were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was additionally treated with Xuebijinginjection(n=41).The concentration of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and endotoxin were compared between the two groups,and the clinical curative effect and the average time of hospital stay were compared.Results The Concentration of serum CRP and endotoxin of patients in both groups obviously declined after treatment(P<0.05),and the declining rate in treatment group was much higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the total clinical efficiency in treatment group was much higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the average time of hospital stay in treatment group shortened much higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection as an adjunctive therapy has a significant positive effect in the treatment of patients with AECOPD complicated with SIRS.
