摘 要:目的分析危重新生儿经股静脉置入PICC置管长度的相关因素,建立回归方程,指导临床预测导管置入长度。方法对2015年6月—2018年12月于医院经股静脉行PICC置管的新生儿的临床资料进行回顾,采用Pearson相关分析分析置管当日的矫正胎龄、体质量、身长、术肢大腿围与导管置入长度的相关性,再对有意义的变量进行多重线性回归分析。结果经股静脉置入PICC导管长度与置管当日患儿体质量、术肢大腿围存在线性相关,左侧置入长度(cm)=8.112+2.236×体质量(kg);右侧置入长度(cm)=1.973+0.889×术肢大腿围(cm)。结论新生儿经股静脉放置PICC,可以通过回归方程来预测导管置入长度,以提高导管到位的准确率。Objective To analyze the relative factors of the insertion length of PICC in critical neonates through femoral vein,establish regression equation,and predict the optimal insertion length of PICC for clinical.Methods The data was collected about the neonates inserted PICC through femoral vein from June 2015 to December 2018.We ananlyzed the correlation between correct gestational age,body weight,length,inserted thigh circumference at the insertion date and the insertion length of catheter by pearson’s correlation,then select meaningful variables for multiple linear regression analysis.Results The catheter length of PICC inserted through the femoral vein had a linear relationship with body weight and the inserted thigh circumference.The insertion length(cm)of the left=8.112+2.236×body weight(kg).The insertion length(cm)of the right=1.973+0.889×inserted thigh circumference(cm).Conclusion The length of PICC inserted through femoral vein in newborn could be predicted by regression equation,which can improve the accuracy of the catheter in place.
