摘  要:以固体废弃物煤矸石为原料,采用聚氨酯发泡技术于1150℃煅烧2 h制备了具有三维网状孔壁结构的煤矸石多孔陶瓷。研究了固相含量(w)分别为49%、51%、53%、55%、57%、59%时对煤矸石多孔陶瓷显微结构、体积密度、显气孔率和耐压强度的影响;并在此基础上探索了试样对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能。结果表明:固相含量对试样的孔结构和力学性能有重要影响;随着固相含量的降低,试样的孔结构逐渐变得规则,显气孔率提高,耐压强度降低。当固相含量为49%(w)时,试样具有完整的三维网状孔壁结构,体积密度约为0.31 g·cm^-3,显气孔率为84.9%,耐压强度约为0.83 MPa,且对亚甲基蓝的去除率高达94.9%。Coal gangue porous ceramics with three-dimensional reticular architecture were prepared via the polyurethane foaming method at 1150℃for 2 h using waste coal gangue as the main raw material.The effects of the solid loadings of 49%,51%,53%,55%,57%and 59%(by mass)on the microstructure,the bulk density,the apparent porosity,and the compressive strength of the porous ceramics and their adsorption properties to methylene blue were systematically studied.The results show that the solid loading of the slurry has an important effect on the pore structures and the mechanical properties of samples;with the decreasing solid loading,the pore structures of samples become regular,the apparent porosity increases,and the compressive strength gradually decreases;when the solid loading is 49%,the coal gangue porous ceramic sample has a relatively perfect three-dimensional reticular architecture,the bulk density of about 0.31 g·cm^-3,the apparent porosity of 84.9%,the compressive strength of about 0.83 MPa,and the methylene blue removal rate of 94.9%.
