摘  要:为改善铝镁质喷补料的抗渣性能和抗热震性能,以板状刚玉、烧结镁砂、α-Al2O3微粉为主要原料,以铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,制备了铝镁质喷补料,研究了SiO2微粉添加量(质量分数分别为0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%)对其性能的影响。结果表明:1)SiO2微粉的加入可以减缓水泥和镁砂的水化速率。2)随SiO2微粉加入量的增加,喷补料的致密度、常温强度和抗渣性提高,但抗热震性能降低。3)综合考虑,SiO2微粉的合适加入量为1.5%~2%(w)。In order to improve the slag resistance and the thermal shock resistance of Al2O3-MgO gunning mix,tabular corundum,sintered magnesia andα-Al2O3 micropowder were adopted as the starting materials,calcium aluminate cement as the binder to prepare Al2O3-MgO gunning mix.The effect of the silica micropowder addition(0,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,and 2.0%,by mass)on the properties of the gunning mix was studied.The results show that(1)the hydration rates of cement and magnesia are reduced by the addition of silica micropowder;(2)as the addition of silica micropowder increases,the density,the cold strength and the slag resistance of the gunning mix are gradually enhanced,but thermal shock resistance decreases;(3)comprehensively,the optimal addition of silica micropowder is 1.5%-2.0%.
