摘  要:为了改善Al2O3-MgO浇注料的常温以及高温性能,对比研究了活性氧化铝微粉种类(PBR、PFR40、M)对钢包用Al2O3-MgO浇注料流动值和脱模、烘后、1550℃热处理后常温性能及高温性能的影响。结果表明:1)采用振动台法,加入PFR40的浇注料试样的流动值更大;2)加入PFR40的浇注料试样脱模和烘后的显气孔率最小,具有较好的抗渣渗透性,且常温耐压强度最高;3)加入PFR40的浇注料试样有较好的抗热震性能和高温抗折强度。In order to improve their performance,the effect of the types of activated alumina micropowder(PBR,PFR40,and M)on the fluidity of Al2O3-MgO castables for ladles as well as their cold and hot properties after demolding,drying,and heat treatment at 1550℃was compared and studied.The results show that:adding with PFR40,(1)the castable sample has a high flow ability by the shaking table method;(2)it has the lowest apparent porosity after demolding and drying,showing good resistance to slag penetration and the highest cold compressive strength;(3)and it has good thermal shock resistance and high hot modulus of rupture.
