摘  要:为了得到适合现代炼钢产业发展需求的绿色高效的钢包用浇注料,以板状刚玉为骨料,刚玉细粉、氧化铝微粉为基质,纯铝酸钙水泥和二氧化硅微粉为结合剂,添加3种不同种类的镁砂(95中档烧结镁砂、97电熔镁砂、98电熔镁砂)或不同粒度(≤0.088、≤0.044 mm)的尖晶石细粉,分别经过110、1200、1600℃热处理,制备了钢包用铝镁尖晶石质浇注料。结果表明:加入95中档烧结镁砂的试样,经高温热处理后,镁砂容易水化,进而降低了试样的常温强度与抗渣性;加入98电熔镁砂的试样,经高温热处理后,大量原位尖晶石生成引起的体积效应,使试样结构疏松,常温强度降低,抗渣性下降;加入97电熔镁砂试样的抗渣性最好,而适量原位尖晶石的生成也使试样的常温强度变高。当浇注料中引入不同粒度的尖晶石时发现,≤0.088 mm尖晶石加入量为10%(w),≤0.044 mm尖晶石加入量也为10%(w)时,试样的显气孔率最小,体积密度最大,线变化率最低,常温强度与抗渣性也最好。In order to obtain green and high efficient castables for ladles,which meet the development needs of modern steelmaking industry,magnesium aluminate spinel castables were prepared using tabular corundum as the aggregates,corundum fine powder and alumina micropowder as the matrix,pure calcium aluminate cement and silica fine powder as the binder,adding different kinds of magnesia(95 medium grade sintered magnesia,97 fused magnesia,and 98 fused magnesia)or spinel fine powder with different particle sizes(≤0.088 and≤0.044 mm),and heat treating at 110,1200,and 1600℃,respectively.The results show that:for the sample added with 95 medium grade sintered magnesia,the magnesia is easily hydrated after the high temperature heat treatment,thereby reducing the cold strength and slag resistance of the sample;for the one added with 98 fused magnesia,after the high temperature heat treatment,the volume effect caused by the formation of a large amount of in-situ spinel loosens the sample structure and reduces its cold strength and slag resistance;the one added with 97 fused magnesia has the best slag resistance,and the formation of a proper amount of in-situ spinel enhances the cold strength of the sample.When the spinel with different particle sizes was introduced into the castables,it is found that adding 10 mass%spinel of≤0.088 mm and 10 mass%spinel of≤0.044 mm,the sample has the lowest apparent porosity,the highest bulk density,the lowest linear change rate,and the best cold strength and slag resistance.
