摘 要:分析了精炼钢包工作衬各部位耐火砖的侵蚀机制,对其进行了优化设计。结果表明:1)选择大结晶的电熔镁砂可以强化镁碳砖的基质,改善砖的抗侵蚀性;引入沥青改性酚醛树脂可以改善镁碳砖的抗热剥落性能;加入适量β-Si3N4有利于抑制石墨的氧化以及渣的渗透,提高砖的抗渣性能。2)加入适量氧化铝细粉、镁铝尖晶石细粉及复合添加剂可以有效避免接缝砖中镁砂颗粒和石墨之间裂隙的扩大而引起纵裂。3)镁铝碳砖作为“下渣线”抗侵蚀能力要优于铝镁碳砖的。4)优化后钢包工作衬的寿命由39炉提高至46炉以上,可以有效降低吨钢耐火材料消耗。The corrosion mechanism of refractory bricks in different areas of the working lining of a refining ladle was analyzed and the design was optimized.The results show that:(1)the matrix of magnesia-carbon bricks can be strengthened by choosing fused magnesia with large crystallization,which can improve the corrosion resistance of bricks;introduction of the asphalt modified phenolic resin can improve the thermal spalling resistance of magnesia-carbon bricks;adding a proper amount ofβ-Si3N4 is beneficial to inhibiting the oxidation of graphite and the infiltration of slag,which improves the slag resistance of bricks;(2)adding a proper amount of alumina fine powder,magnesium aluminate spinel fine powder and composite additives can effectively avoid the longitudinal cracks caused by the expansion of cracks between magnesia particles and the graphite in joint bricks;(3)magnesia-alumina-carbon brick used as“lower slag line”has better corrosion resistance than alumina-magnesia-carbon brick;(4)after optimization,the service life of the ladle working lining is increased from 39 heats to more than 46 heats,which effectively reduces the refractories consumption per ton steel.
