摘　　要：将质量文化的相关概念和理论引入档案文献编纂研究,以提升数字化档案文献编纂工作质量及编纂成果质量。讨论质量文化在数字时代档案文献编纂中的凝聚价值、激励价值、规范价值和辐射价值,基于质量文化提出数字时代提升档案文献编纂工作和成果质量的策略,包括培育和强化数字时代档案文献编纂精品化意识、对编纂过程进行全面质量控制、塑造档案文献编纂质量形象以及编纂人员激励与培训等。The related concepts and theories of quality culture are introduced into the study of archival document compilation,so as to improve the quality of digital archival document compilation and compilation products.This paper discusses the cohesion value,incentive value,normative value and radiation value of quality culture in archival documents compilation in the digital era.Based on quality culture,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the quality of archival document compilation and compilation products in the digital era,including cultivating and strengthening the awareness of excellent quality of archival document compilation in the digital era,carrying out overall quality control over the compilation process,shaping the quality image of archival document compilation,and motivation and training of compilers.
