摘　　要：私有档案作为国家档案信息资源的重要组成部分,加强私有档案的管理早已是时之所需。然而,不同的社会环境和经济体制使得中外私有档案工作具有不同的管理理念和管理方法。通过对中外私有档案的认识、立法工作、管理模式及保管现状进行研究,在此基础上探索二者的异同并得出启示,最后为我国私有档案管理工作的未来发展提出建议。Private archives are an important part of national archives information resources.Strengthening the management of private archives has long been necessary.However,different social environments and economic systems make different management concepts and management methods in domestic and foreign private archival work.This paper mainly studies the understanding,legislative work,management mode and preservation status of private archives in China and foreign countries.On this basis,it explores the similarities and differences between the two and draws enlightenment.Finally it makes suggestions for the future development of private archives management in China.
