摘 要:人工智能越来越引起各行各业的重视。将人工智能技术引入高校档案管理,如利用语音识别技术、文字扫描识别技术实现档案智能检索;搭建智能网络平台,建立大数据库实现档案智能服务;建立智能档案库房管理平台,实现档案库房智能管理等,以期改进高校档案管理工作,提升高校档案服务质量。同时也需要认识到,人工智能的应用与推广还面临许多限制性因素。Artificial intelligence has increasingly attracted the attention of all walks of life.Introducing artificial intelligence technology into university archives management is expected to improve the archives management and promote the quality of archives services in colleges and universities,such as using voice recognition technology and text scanning recognition technology to realize intelligent archives retrieval,building intelligent network platforms,establishing large database to realize intelligent archival service,and establishing intelligent archives warehouse management platforms,realizing the intelligent management of archives warehouse.At the same time,it is also necessary to recognize that there are many restrictive factors in the application and promotion of artificial intelligence.
