摘　　要：通过网络调查和实地调研,对昆明市十家档案中介机构的成立时间、机构性质、人才状况、业务范围及服务对象等情况进行分析研究,发现档案中介机构普遍存在着业务内容同质化严重、人才结构不合理、宣传意识薄弱等问题。针对这些问题,提出打造特色项目、完善人才结构、重视宣传工作等解决方案。Through network survey and on-the-spot investigation,this paper analyzes the establishment time,organization nature,talent status,business scope and service object of ten archives intermediary agencies in Kunming,and finds that there are many problems in archives intermediary agencies,such as serious homogenization of business content,unreasonable talent structure and weak awareness of publicity.In view of these problems,the paper puts forward solutions such as building characteristic projects,improving talent structure,and attaching importance to publicity work.
