摘　　要：研究生学位档案是研究生在校学习期间各环节及其科研成果的重要体现,是高校与研究生之间的重要纽带。由于高校对于研究生档案管理工作的重视程度不够,管理模式不恰当,造成研究生档案材料的不完整、不准确。因此,应当提高对研究生档案管理工作的重视程度,探究最优化的研究生档案管理模式,提高档案管理的水平。The postgraduate degree archives are an important manifestation of all the links and their scientific research achievements during the period of postgraduate study,as well as an important link between colleges and postgraduate students.Because colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to the management of postgraduate students'archives,and the management mode is not appropriate,the postgraduate archival materials are incomplete and inaccurate.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the attention to postgraduate archives management,explore the optimal postgraduate archives management mode,and improve the level of archives management.
