摘 要:对磨煤机减速机齿轮进行失效分析,结果表明:齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳强度不足,轮齿断裂属于多次累积损伤产生的疲劳断裂,而且齿轮内部不仅存在魏氏体组织,还存在较大的偏析区,因而在材料内部产生较大的组织应力,该组织应力与工作应力叠加,容易诱发裂纹的形成及扩展.分析结果还发现齿轮表面并没有经过表面热处理,表面硬度未达到设计要求.In the report,the failure analysis of gear in reducer of coal mill was performed.The results indicated that the bending fatigue strength of the gear root is not enough,the fracture of the gear tooth belongs to the fatigue fracture caused by the cumulative damage,and there is not only Widmanstatten structure in the gear,there is also a large segregation area,so,there is a large organization stress in the material.The overlap between organization stress and the work stress induce the formation and expansion of crack.The results also showed that the gear surface has not been heat-treated and the surface hardness has not reached the design requirements.
