摘 要:柔性管采用上埋式施工关键问题在于环刚度的确保,为此开展了涵管结构优化试验研究.选取加入一定配合比外掺剂的水泥浆作为“刚化”处理的材料,通过反复调试灌浆方法和外掺剂剂量,使得注入浆体凝固后与外围肋管形成复合外壁,成为纵向“柔性”横向“刚性”的新型结构.环刚度检测试验结果表明,“刚化”处理前后管体的环刚度体现了大幅度提升,其中自制缠绕管增强了约97%,标准HDPE缠绕管处理前后环刚度分别提升约2.7倍(DN300)和2.9倍(DN400),优化后的新型管体结构弥补了传统涵管结构的不足.The key problem of using buried construction for flexible pipes is to ensure the ring stiffness.In the report,the experiment on the optimization of culvert structure was performed.The cement slurry with a certain proportion of admixtures was selected as the material for“stiffening”treatment.By commissioning the grouting method and the dosage of the admixture,the composite outer wall was formed by injecting slurry after solidification with the peripheral rib tube,and it became a new structure with“flexible”in the longitudinal direction and“rigid”in the radial direction.The results of the ring stiffness test showed that the ring stiffness of the pipe was significantly improved after the“stiffening”treatment.The self-made winding pipe increased by about 97%,and the ring stiffness of the standard HDPE winding pipe increased about 2.7 times(DN300)and 2.9 times(DN400)after treatment,respectively.The optimized pipe structure made up the deficiency of the traditional culvert structure and change the design and construction status of the culvert.
