摘 要:细胞核内存在复杂的亚核结构,它们在结构和空间分布上有所区别,以参与特定的生物学进程。paraspeckle是建立在长非编码RNA(lncRNA)NEAT1上的不规则核体,NEAT1和paraspeckle蛋白在空间上排列形成核壳状。paraspeckle及其成分通过将特定的蛋白质和/或转录本保留在其核内,在许多细胞过程中控制基因表达,进而影响细胞进程,包括分化和一些应激反应。通过对近年来关于paraspeckle研究成果的归纳总结,综述了paraspeckle的结构及形成过程等方面的研究进展,为进一步探究paraspeckle调控生理学过程的机制提供一定的理论基础。There are complex subnuclear structures within the nucleus that differ in structure and spatial distribution to participate in specific biological processes.Paraspeckle is an irregular nucleosome built on NEAT1,a long non-coding RNA.NEAT1 and paraspeckle proteins are arranged in space to form nucleosomes.Paraspeckle and its components control gene expression in many cellular processes,including differentiation and some stress responses,by retaining specific proteins and/or transcripts in nucleus.By summarizing the research results of paraspeckle in recent years,this paper reviewed the research progress in the structure and formation process of paraspeckle,providing a theoretical basis for further exploring the mechanism of paraspeckle regulating physiological processes.
