摘 要:以生长于河岸带的19种木本植物种子为材料,采用不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)处理种子,进行种子萌发试验,观察种子休眠与萌发情况,探讨不同木本植物种子休眠特性和发芽能力。研究结果表明:19种植物种子有6种深度休眠(枫杨、小梾木、朴树、乌桕、银毛叶山黄麻和构树),5种浅度休眠(火棘、黄荆、盐肤木、楝树、秋枫),秋华柳休眠性不明确,其他7种无明显休眠习性;12种正常发芽的植物中种子发芽率最高为消落带植物杭子梢,其次是河岸高地植物金珠柳、白背枫和消落带植物大叶醉鱼草,发芽率最小的为河岸高地植物盐肤木和楝树;6种植物种子发芽能力在不同浓度赤霉素处理间差异显著(P<0.05),其中杭子梢种子在50、100 mg/L赤霉素处理下效果最佳,秋枫、黄荆和火棘种子在100 mg/L赤霉素处理下效果最佳,盐肤木和楝树种子在50 mg/L赤霉素处理下效果最佳。In this paper,we selected 19 woody plant seeds grown in the riparian zone as materials,and treated the seeds with different concentrations of gibberellin(GA 3).The seed germination experiment was conducted to observe the dormancy and germination of seeds,and study the dormancy characteristics and germination ability of different woody plants.Research indicated among the 19 plant seeds,6 had deep dormancy(Pterocarya stenoptera,Cornus paucinervis Hance,Celtis sinensis Pers.,Sapium sebiferum(L.)Roxb.,Trema nitida C.J.Chen and Broussonetia papyrifera(Linn.)L’Hér.ex Vent.),5 had shallow dormancy,the dormancy of Salix variegata Franch.was not clear,and the other 7 had no obvious dormancy habit.The highest germination rate of seeds in 12 normal germinated plants was Campylotropis macrocarpa(Bge.)Rehd.growing in water-level-fluctuation zone,followed by Maesa montana A.DC.and Buddleja asiatica Lour growing in riparian highlands and Buddleja davidii Franch growing in water-level-fluctuation zone.Seeds of Rhus chinensis Mill.and Melia azedarach L.growing in riparian highlands had the lowest germination rate.The seed germination ability of 6 plants was significantly different between different concentrations of gibberellin(P<0.05).Among them,Campylotropis macrocarpa(Bge.)Rehd.seeds had the best germination effect under 50 mg/L or 100 mg/L gibberellin treatment.The germination effect of Bischofia javanica Bl.,Vitex negundo L.and Pyracantha fortuneana(Maxim.)Li seeds were the best under 100 mg/L gibberellin treatment.In addition,the best germination effect of Rhus chinensis Mill.and Melia azedarach L.seeds were the treatment with 50 mg/L gibberellin.
