苦荞山楂速溶粉降血糖活性的研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究苦荞山楂速溶粉对四氧嘧啶模型大鼠的降血糖作用。[方法]通过比较各组大鼠体重、进食量和饮水量变化及空腹血糖(FBG)、糖耐量、肝脏组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标的差异,研究苦荞山楂速溶粉对四氧嘧啶模型大鼠的降血糖作用。[结果]降糖试验中,苦荞山楂速溶粉高、中、低剂量组可以有效控制大鼠体重下降、多饮多食的状况,显著降低大鼠血糖值,提高大鼠糖耐量和肝脏组织SOD活性,降低MDA含量。[结论]苦荞山楂速溶粉可以显著降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠的血糖浓度。[Objective]To study the hypoglycemic effect of tartary buckwheat hawthorn instant powder on alloxan model rats.[Method]The hypoglycemic effect of tartary buckwheat hawthorn instant powder on alloxan model rats was studied by comparing the changes in body weight,food intake and water intake,fasting blood glucose(FBG),glucose tolerance,and SOD and MDA content in liver tissues.[Result]The results show that:In the hypoglycemic test,the high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups of tartary buckwheat hawthorn instant powder could effectively control the weight loss of rats,and the condition of drinking more and eating more could significantly reduce the blood sugar value of rats,improve the glucose tolerance of rats,increase the SOD activity and reduce the MDA content in the liver tissues of rats.[Conclusion]The instant powder of tartary buckwheat hawthorn could significantly reduce the blood sugar concentration of alloxan diabetic rats.
