摘 要:针对放射性废物处理系统中的水泥固化工艺,采用步进电机驱动技术、柔性气动夹取技术、实时数据采集处理技术及PLC自动控制技术等,研发了一套固化桶表面剂量率检测系统。系统主要包含擦拭取样单元、剂量率检测单元和控制系统单元。调试运行结果表明该系统能满足工艺要求,装置运行顺畅平稳,表面剂量率检测结果准确可靠,解决了现有固化桶表面剂量率检测费时、费力和自动化程度低的问题,减少了工作人员的受照剂量。Aiming at the cement curing process in radioactive waste treatment system,having stepping motor drive technology,flexible pneumatic gripping technology,real-time data acquisition and processing technology and PLC control technology adopted to develop a detection system for curing barrel surface dose rate was implemented,in which,the system mainly consists of a wiping sampling unit,a dose detecting unit and a control system unit.The debugging and operation results showed that,this system can meet the process requirements,the device runs smoothly and steadily,and the surface dose detection result is accurate and reliable.The curing barrel surface dose rate detection system realizes the highly auto-detection of the surface dose of the radioactive waste cement curing barrel,reduces time-consuming and labor intensity and the exposure dose to the technicians.
