摘　　要：机械通气患者气道分泌物清除是人工气道管理的重点内容,分泌物清除效果直接影响患者治疗的预后。本文对机械通气患者气道评估、仪器辅助排痰方法、气道内负压吸引及气囊上分泌物清除等重点环节进行分析和归纳,总结分析气道分泌物清除的方法和应用效果,旨在为人工气道分泌物清除的护理实践及研究提供依据和参考。The removal of airway secretions in mechanically ventilated patients is the key in artificial airway management,and the effect of secretion removal directly affects the prognosis of patients.This article analyzes and summarizes the key links,such as airway assessment,instrument-assisted sputum excretion,negative pressure suction in the airway and removal of secretions on the airbag in mechanically ventilated patients,and summarizes and analyzes the methods and effects of airway secretion removal,in order to provide a basis and reference for the nursing practice and research of artificial airway secretion removal.
