摘　　要：5G已经进入商用部署关键阶段,为保证运营商5G规模商用,对5G紧急呼叫业务在部署前的关键问题进行了研究。提出了5G紧急呼叫分步骤部署方案,结合网络现状、网络改造和设备支持程度各角度分析阐述了不同方案的改造重点和风险。之后对比各方案的优劣势和与现网方案的差异度,提出向标准方案演进的主要思路。5G has entered a critical stage of commercial deployment.It studies the key issues of 5G emergency deployment in order to ensure 5G scale commercial operation.It puts forward the steps of 5G emergency call deployment scheme.Combining with the current situation of the network,the difficulty of network transformation and the degree of equipment support,it expounds the key points and risks of different schemes.After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme and the difference with the existing network scheme,it gives the main idea of evolution to the standard scheme.
