摘　　要：作为5G初期语音解决方案,VoTLE业务快速增长对网络扩容提出了新要求。PCC是VoLTE业务基础网元,通过优化现有的PCC业务流程,满足整体业务需求的同时减少建设成本。介绍了PCC的结构,分析了现有PCC业务情况,提出了PCC的优化方案,为中国联通网络演进及降本增效提供了技术支持。As a solution to the initial 5G voice,the rapid growth of VoLTE service puts forward new requirements for network expansion.PCC is the basic network element of VoLTE service.By optimizing the existing business process,it can meet the overall business needs and reduce the construction cost.It introduces the structure of PCC,analyzes the existing PCC business situation,and puts forward the optimization scheme of PCC,which provides technical support for evolution of China Unicom’Network and cost reduction and efficiency increase.
