摘 要:采用脉冲激光沉积工艺在(111)取向的SrTiO 3衬底上,制备了Ga0.8Fe1.2O3/Ba0.8Ca0.2Ti0.8Zr0.2O3层状复合薄膜。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM),表征了样品薄膜的表面形貌及微观结构。从样品的XRD图谱可以看出,该复合薄膜的BCZT层呈(111)取向,而GFO层沿b轴自发极化,呈(0l0)取向。物性测试结果表明:GFO/BCZT复合薄膜表现出良好的电磁学特性,其剩余极化值P r=11.28μC/cm^2,饱和磁化强度Ms^49.17 emu/cm 3,同时该复合薄膜室温下最大磁电耦合系数αE可达28.38 mV/(cm·Oe)。这种无铅的磁电复合薄膜为传感器、换能器和多态存储器的潜在应用提供了新的思路。Ga0.8Fe1.2O3/Ba0.8Ca0.2Ti0.8Zr0.2O3bilayer composite thin film was fabricated on(111)-SrTiO3 substrate using a pulsed laser deposition system.The surface topography and microstructure of the sample were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope respectively.XRD patters show that the BCZT layer displays(111)orientation,while the GFO lamina displays(0l0)orientation caused by the behavior of spontaneous polarization along the b axis.The physical properties testing show that the GFO/BCZT composite film exhibits an excellent electromagnetic property,the remnant polarization(Pr)and saturation magnetization(Ms)are 11.28μC/cm^2,and about 49.17 emu/cm 3 respectively,the magnetoelectric coupling coefficient(αE)is 28.38 mV/(cm·Oe)at room temperature.It turns out that this lead-free magnetoelectric composite film would provide a new idea for potential applications of sensors,transducers and multi-state memories.
