摘  要:目的:分析在肝癌手术患者护理中实施积极健康教育的作用。方法:以2019年1月-2019年12月在我院接受择期手术治疗的肝癌患者70例为研究对象,按照手术顺序分为2组,35例为对照组接受常规护理,35例为观察组另外开展积极健康教育,比较两组手术耐受性、遵医度。结果:观察组术中耐受度为88.57%,高于对照组68.57%(P<0.05);观察组患者遵医度为85.71%,高于对照组62.86%(P<0.05);观察组患者对肝癌相关知识、术后康复知识的掌握度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:接受择期手术治疗的肝癌患者实施积极健康教育可明显增加患者健康知识掌握度,提升患者对手术的耐受性,改善患者遵医行为,有良好应用价值。Objective:To analyze the role of active health education in the nursing of patients undergoing liver cancer surgery.Methods:70 patients with liver cancer who received selective surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of operation,35 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received active health education,with the tolerance and compliance of the two groups compared.Results:The tolerance was 88.57%in the observation group,higher than that in the control group(68.57%)(P<0.05).The compliance was 85.71%in the observation group,higher than that in the control group(62.86%)(P<0.05).The mastery scores of liver cancer related knowledge and postoperative rehabilitation knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of active health education in patients with liver cancer undergoing selective surgery can significantly increase the mastery of health knowledge,enhance the tolerance of patients to surgery,and improve the compliance behavior of patients,which has good application value.
