摘 要:本文提出了一种利用空间光调制器调制入射线偏振光的相位而产生微纳尺度八位开关光源的方法,可通过更新加载在空间光调制器上的相位图实现聚焦光斑的动态变化。每个光斑的半高全宽为λ/2,两个相邻的光斑中心间距为1μm,并且可调。单个光斑的位置、明暗和相位可控。该光源具有尺度小、响应速度快的特点,可作为表面等离激元的激发光源,也可以用作并行纳米线、纳米波导的激发光源,具有作为集成光学微纳光源的潜在应用价值。In this paper,a method to generate micro-nano-scale eight-bit switching light source by modulating the phase of incident linearly polarized beam with a spatial light modulator was presented.The dynamic change of focusing spot can be realized by updating the phase diagram loaded on the spatial light modulator.The full width at half maximum of each spot isλ/2,and the centers of two adjacent spots are spaced at 1μm apart.The position,polarization and phase of each focusing spot and brightness are controllable,and the spacing between the focuing spots is adjustable.This light source has the advantages of fast response speed and many output ports,and it can be used as a excitation light source of surface plasmon or a pump light source of the parallel nanowire and waveguide.It has great potential application value as the nanoscale or microscale light source in the field of integrated optics.
