摘　　要：近些年石化行业乙烯装置快速建设发展,大型挤压造粒机组被广泛的应用于聚乙烯装置的生产中,而换网装置的在线自动操作直接关系到生产稳定运行。随着产能的提高,TRICON控制系统的普及,与传统离线操作系统相比,具有满足化工生产要求、确保工艺生产稳定、避免能源浪费、减少工艺生产波动,有较好的经济效益和技术优势。In recent years,with the rapid development of ethylene plant in petrochemical industry,large large-scale extrusion & pelleting unit is widely used in the production of polyethylene plant.At the same time,the productivity and automation of a single set of units are also rising.In order to meet the production requirements of large large-scale extrusion & pelleting unit,the online automatic operation of network changing unit is directly related to the stable operation of production.Compared with the traditional off-line operating system,the online automatic operation of the network changing device has the advantages of satisfying the chemical production requirements,ensuring the stability of process production,avoiding energy waste and reducing the fluctuation of process production.
