摘  要:为满足无1,2-亚乙基硫脲ETU促进剂硫化体系的氯丁橡胶CR制品耐蒸馏水、耐铜腐蚀技术要求,分别采用不同种类促进剂3-甲基-2-噻唑硫酮(MTT-80)和3,4,5,6-四氢-2-嘧啶硫醇(PUR),以及轻质氧化镁和水滑石做活性剂的硫化体系配方,按照LMN713标准制样进行耐蒸馏水、耐铜腐蚀试验。测试结果表明,采用PUR做促进剂的硫化氯丁橡胶,能够满足环保及耐铜腐蚀的技术要求;单用轻质氧化镁或单用水滑石做活性剂,硫化后氯丁橡胶均达不到同时耐蒸馏水硬度变化和重量变化的技术要求,而使用轻质氧化镁和水滑石并用做活性剂,能够同时满足这两项技术要求。In this paper,in order to meet the technical requirements of resistance to distilled water and copper corrosion of chloroprene rubber bulb head dust cover product containing no ETU(1,2-ethyl thiourea)promoter,different kinds of the promoter MTT-80 and PUR,as well as the active agent light magnesium oxide and hydrotalcite were used as the curing formulations for preparation of test CR samples,then to resistance distilled water and copper corrosion properties of these vulcanized samples of CR was tested according to LMN 713.The test results show that the vulcanized CR sample with PUR as accelerator can meet the technical requirements of environmental protection and copper corrosion resistance.But using only light magnesium oxide or only hydrotalcite as the active agent,the vulcanized CR products cannot at the same time meet technical requirements of hardness and weight changes after immersion in distilled water,however using light magnesium oxide and hydrotalcite as composite active agent can at the same meet both technical requirements of these two aspects.
