摘　　要：更换过滤器后,过渡产品存在杂质点弊病,这些弊病是由碟片清洗不干净造成的。采用鱼骨法分析影响滤碟片清洗质量的因素,确定主要影响因素。针对主要因素制定了过滤碟片清洗的改进措施,优化清洗流程,有效改善清洗效果。After replacing the filter,there are some defects of impurities in the transition product,which are caused by the disc inside there are some dirty substance remain after cleaning.The fish-bone method is used to analyze the factors of cleaning quality of the filter disc,and determine the main influencing factors.According to the main factors,the improvement measures for cleaning of filter disc are formulated to optimize the cleaning process and improve the cleaning effect effectively.
