摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱法同时检测甘蓝中虱螨脲和顺式氯氰菊酯残留的方法。使用乙腈提取,高效液相色谱检测,外标法定量。方法的线性范围为0.05~5.00 mg·L^-1,虱螨脲相关系数为0.9994,顺式氯氰菊酯相关系数为0.9994。在0.05、0.10、1.00、5.00 mg·kg^-14个添加水平下,甘蓝中虱螨脲和顺式氯氰菊酯的平均回收率分别为87.3%~101.9%和89.4%~105.2%,相对标准偏差分别为2.61%~9.16%和3.35%~8.57%,定量限均为0.05 mg·kg^-1。该方法可用于同时检测甘蓝虱螨脲和顺式氯氰菊酯的残留量。In order to establish a high-performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneous detection of lufenuron and cypermethrin residues in cabbage.Cabbage was extracted with acetonitrile,detected by high-performance liquid chromatography,and quantified by external standard method.The linear range of the method was0.05~5.00 mg·L^-1,the correlation coefficient of lufenuron was 0.9994,and the correlation coefficient of cis-cypermethrin was 0.9994;under the four addition levels of 0.05,0.10,1.00,5.00 mg·kg^-1 louse mites in cabbage,the average recoveries of urea and alpha-cypermethrin were 87.3%~101.9%and 89.4%~105.2%,respectively,and the relative standard deviations were 2.61%~9.16%and 3.35%~8.57%;the limit of quantification was 0.05 mg·kg^-1.This method can be used to detect the residues of lufenuron and alpha-cypermethrin in cabbage.
