摘  要:介绍了聚醚胺基烷基糖苷(NAPG)新型高性能水基钻井液处理剂的生产工艺、成本及在文23储气库井的应用情况.以文23储11-8井为例,在微泡钻井液基础上加入NAPG,保障了泥岩地层的井壁稳定,应用井段井径规则,平均井径扩大率仅为1.02%.在储气库应用60口井的平均井扩大率仅为3.28%,井壁稳定效果突出,有效地解决微泡钻井液低密度条件下的井壁稳定难题,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,值得推广应用.The production technology and the production cost of a new high performance polyether amine alkyl polyglucoside(NAPG)water based drill fluid additive as well as its application in Wen 23 Gas Storage Well are introduced.With the application of NAPG added drilling fluid in Wen 23 No.11-8 Well as an example,NAPG was added to a micro-foam drilling fluid to ensure wellbore stability in mudstone formation and the average hole diameter enlargement rate was only 1.02%as confirmed by regular and consistent borehole gauge measurement.The average hole diameter enlargement rate of the 60 wells in the gas storage in which this drilling fluid additive was used was only 3.28%.The effect of wellbore stability was excellent and the difficulty of wellbore stability due to the low density of micro-foam drilling fluid was settled definitely indicating that this drilling fluid additive has high economic benefit and social benefit and is worth being promoted for application.
