摘 要:采用渤海JZ9-3、SZ36-1油田配注水,测试疏水缔合聚合物HAPAM干粉的粒径、聚合物浓度、溶剂温度、搅拌速率等因素对聚合物溶解时间的影响.实验结果表明,减小聚合物干粉的粒径和增大搅拌速率能大幅缩短溶解时间,但聚合物溶液的黏度损失较大;增加聚合物干粉的配制浓度或提高溶剂的温度既能缩短溶解时间又能使聚合物溶液的黏度几乎无损失.现场可以通过增加聚合物的配制浓度、提高配制温度(利用平台余热)和适当改进搅拌器的搅拌效率来缩短聚合物的配制时间.The injection water from Bohai JZ9-3 and SZ36-1 oilfields was used,and the effects of the particle size of hydrophobic association polymer HAPAM dry powder,polymer concentration,solvent temperature,and stirring speed,etc.on the dissolution time of polymer were tested.The experimental results have shown that the dissolution time can be reduced significantly at notable loss of the viscosity of polymer solution by reducing the particle size of the dry powder of polymer and increasing the stirring speed and that it can be reduced with nearly no loss of the viscosity of polymer solution by increasing the concentration of the dry powder of polymer used for preparation or by increasing the temperature of solvent.The time for polymer preparation can be reduced by increasing the preparation concentration of polymer,increasing the preparation temperature(using the residual heat of platform),and by improving the stirring efficiency appropriately at site.
