停用MTBE后异丁烯产业链分析

摘　　要：针对乙醇汽油推广使用后,汽油添加剂甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)的用量将大幅减少的情况,分析了MTBE以及合成MTBE的原料异丁烯的利用途径.异丁烯可采用间接烷基化技术生产异辛烷,或与生物乙醇合成ETBE;MTBE可裂解为高纯度异丁烯,用于生产丁基橡胶、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、聚异丁烯、叔丁胺等.In consideration of the substantial reduction of the use of methyl tertiary butyl ether or MTBE,a gasoline additive,after ethanol gasoline was put into use extensively,the approaches of utilizing MTBE and isobutylene that is a kind of material for synthesizing MTBE are analyzed.Isobutylene canbe used for the production of isooctane in indirect alkylation process or for the synthesis of ETBE while being subjected to the reaction with bioethanol,and MTBE can be cracked into high purity isobutylene that can be used for the production of butyl rubber,methyl methacrylate(MMA),polyisobutylene,and tert-butylamine,etc.
