摘  要:以氧化聚乙烯蜡、58#石蜡为原料,采用吐温-60、司潘-60为主乳化剂、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱为助乳化剂制备了两性-非离子型汽车上光乳化蜡.利用单因素法考察了配方组成、乳化时间和乳化温度对乳化蜡性能的影响,确定了58#石蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、吐温-60、司潘-60、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和水的用量分别为乳液质量的12.3%,12.3%,2.5%,2.5%,2.0%,68.4%,得到了适宜的操作条件为:乳化时间10 min,乳化温度110℃.制得的乳化蜡能满足汽车上光蜡的要求,稳定性、光泽度增加值、pH等接近或优于同类产品,且具有较好的防锈性.An amphoteric-nonionic polish wax emulsion for automobiles was prepared with oxidized polyethlene wax and No.58 paraffin wax as the materials,Tween-60 and Span-60 as the primary emulsifiers,and cocamidopropyl betaine as the co-emulsifier.The effects of formulation composition,emulsification time,and emulsification temperature on the properties of wax emulsion by single-factor method.It was identified that the amount added of No.58 paraffin,of oxidized polyethlene wax,of Tween-60,of Span-60,of cocamidopropyl betaine,and of water are 12.3%,12.3%,2.5%,2.5%,2.0%,and 68.4%of emulsion mass respectively and that the suitable operating conditions of emulsification time and emulsification temperature are 10 min and 110℃respectively.The wax emulsion thus prepared can satisfy the requirements for polish wax emulsion for automobiles,its stability,increase of glossiness,and pH value,etc.are close to or even superior to those of the products of the same kind,and its rust-preventing property is good as well.
