聚丙烯波纹管材专用料性能研究

摘　　要：通过红外、核磁、GPC等表征手段剖析了两种聚丙烯波纹管专用料的微观结构,结果表明:两种聚丙烯波纹管专用料的两个产品的力学性能都非常优异,弯曲模量都大于1000 MPa.同时两种牌号产品的相对分子质量分别为66.74×104,58.81×104,且相对分子质量分布较宽,提供良好的加工性能两种专用料的乙烯含量在5%左右,结晶温度在120℃以上.The microstructures of two special materials for polypropylene corrugated pipes were analyzed with infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance technique,and GPC,etc.The results of analysis have shown that the mechanical properties of two products of the two special materials for polypropylene corrugated pipes are excellent with the bending modulus being greater than 1000 MPa.The relative molecular mass of each of the two products is 66.74×10~4 and 58.81×10~4 respectively with the distribution of relative molecular mass being wide,the ethylene content of each of the two special materials that have good processability is 5%or so,and the crystallization temperature is higher than 120℃.
