摘 要:目的观察布地奈德氧气雾化吸入联合机械辅助排痰治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月-2019月1月宜宾市第一人民医院儿科收治的小儿毛细支气管炎86例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组予以布地奈德氧气雾化吸入治疗,观察组在布地奈德氧气雾化吸入治疗时予以机械辅助排痰。比较2组症状消失及有效排痰时间,治疗前后血气分析指标,住院天数和住院费用。结果观察组咳嗽、啰音、哮鸣音、气促消失及有效排痰时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,观察组p H、Pa O2高于对照组,Pa CO2低于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组住院天数短于对照组、住院费用少于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论小儿毛细支气管炎予以地奈德氧气雾化吸入联合机械辅助排痰治疗效果显著,可改善患儿临床症状和血气分析指标,缩短住院时间和降低住院费用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide oxygen atomization inhalation combined with mechanical assisted sputum expectoration in children with bronchiolitis.Methods 86 children with bronchiolitis admitted to pediatrics department of the First People’s Hospital in Yibin from October 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.86 children were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide oxygen atomization inhalation,while the observation group was treated with mechanical assisted sputum expectoration during budesonide oxygen atomization inhalation.The remission time of cough,rale,wheezing,shortness of breath and effective expectoration were compared between the two groups.The blood gas analysis indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups.Results The remission time of cough,rale,wheezing,shortness of breath and effective expectoration in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).The pH and PaO2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and Pa CO2 was lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical symptoms and blood gas analysis indexes of children with bronchiolitis can be effectively improved by inhalation of dinide oxygen atomization combined with mechanical assisted sputum expectoration treatment,which can shorten hospitalization time and reduce hospitalization costs.
