引用格式标识项版面位置差异与意义分析

摘　　要：【目的】了解引用格式标识项在期刊版面位置的分布现状,分析各种位置的利弊,提出选择合理版面位置的依据。【方法】采用抽样调查法,从300种样本期刊中选出45种标注有引用格式的目标期刊;将45种目标期刊的引用格式在版面的标注位置予以归纳总结。【结果】引用格式标识项版面位置存在较大分歧,尚未出现优势鲜明的最佳位置,现有的8种位置选择均有其合理的一面,也有种种不足,不能一概而论。【结论】论文首页成为标注引用格式的首选页面,首页版面的标题与页眉之间、正文与摘要之间、页脚这3个位置的认同度较高,选择者众多;文末参考文献列表之后的区域也是一个理想选位。[Purposes] This study discusses the current situation about the layout position of citation format identifiers,analyzes advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of layout position in academic papers,and then proposes a basis for choosing a reasonable layout position. [Methods]By using sampling survey method,we selected 45 journals with citation format identifiers from 300 sample academic journals as targets,and then summarized the layout position of reference format identifiers in these target journals.[Findings]There is a wide difference in the layout position of citation format identifiers,and the position that has the most obvious advantages has not been determined. The eight choices existing in the target journals have their rationality and disadvantages,which should be discussed respectively. [Conclusions] The first page of paper is the best position for citation format identifiers. The positions between title and page header,between main text and abstract,and on page footer are highly recognized,which are selected mostly. Moreover,the location after reference list in the end of the paper is also a perfect position for citation format identifiers.
