新时代科技期刊功能层次理论模型构建的探索性研究——基于《中国体育科技》办刊的思考

摘　　要：【目的】构建新时代科技期刊功能层次理论模型。【方法】运用文献资料调研法、访谈法、归纳逻辑和演绎逻辑方法,对科技期刊环境因素影响期刊功能的再认识进行理论分析,从而构建新时代科技期刊功能层次理论模型。【结果】新时代我国科技期刊功能的再定位是期刊环境变化的必然要求。思想传播与交流、科技评价、培养新人、科技引领和知识服务是科技期刊的主要功能,且存在层次性,思想传播与交流、科技评价属于基础功能层,培养新人、科技引领属于提升功能层,知识服务属于品牌功能层,上述功能层即构成新时代科技期刊功能层次理论模型。【结论】结合《中国体育科技》的办刊经验,认为科技期刊在思想传播与交流方面,应以拓展传播方式为目标,以新媒体技术、多媒体展示等为抓手;在科技评价方面,严把稿件质量关,保障科技论文的学术质量;在培养新人方面,可推出以育人为主的支持项目或专栏;在科技引领方面,以深挖选题为抓手,积极联系有关作者撰写稿件,起到科技引领作用;在知识服务方面,从科研环境未来发展出发,思考科技期刊未来生态环境,构建期刊未来发展的理论框架。[Purposes]This paper aims to construct the functional hierarchy theory model for scientific journals in the new era.[Methods] Using the methods of literature research,interviews,and inductive logic and deductive logic,we conducted a theoretical analysis of the re-recognition of the influence of environmental factors on the functions of scientific journals,so as to construct a functional hierarchy theory model for scientific journals in the new era. [Findings] The reorientation of functions of Chinese scientific journals in the new era is an inevitable requirement for the changes of journal environment. The ideological dissemination and communication,sci-tech evaluation,training new talents,sci-tech guidance,and knowledge service are the main functions of scientific journals. There exist hierarchical levels among them: the ideological dissemination and communication and scitech evaluation belong to the basic functional layer,training new talents and sci-tech guidance are at the advanced functional layer,and knowledge service belongs to the brand functional layer. The above-mentioned functional layers constitute the functional hierarchy theory model of scientific journals in the new era. [Conclusions]Combining with the experience in the journal operation of China Sport Science and Technology,it is believed that in the aspect of ideological dissemination and communication,scientific journals should aim at expanding the mode of dissemination and take new media technology and multimedia display as the starting point;in the aspect of sci-tech evaluation,scientific journals should strictly control the quality of contributions and guarantee the academic quality of scientific papers;in the aspect of training new talents,scientific journals can launch supporting projects or columns focusing on education;in the aspect of sci-tech guidance,they can actively contact relevant authors to write articles based on the in-depth selection of topics;and in the aspect of knowledge service,scientific journals should think about the fut
