价值理论及其在高校图书馆服务中的应用研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]高校图书馆应该对社会、社区开放的社会舆论引发了对高校图书馆绩效测量的研究,越来越多的高校图书馆被要求提供对教学科研有价值的具体证据。另一方面高校图书馆也是服务于高校所在地区的一种社会机构,高校图书馆的服务需要受到社会舆论的评价。高校图书馆必须向利益相关者展现自身价值,并证明高校图书馆的存在给支持其发展的所在机构可以带来正向的社会后果。[方法/过程]从经济学、哲学、图书馆学三个角度,梳理价值理论在高校图书馆服务研究中的概念。从绩效测量评估、经济价值研究、社会价值研究三种价值理论,分析价值理论在高校图书馆服务研究中的应用。[结果/结论]传统高校图书馆价值研究主要采用基于系统的模型、基于结果的模型、基于管理和战略的模型三种绩效测量方法进行,其目标是为了提高高校图书馆服务的质量或者衡量高校图书馆服务的一个特定方面。高校图书馆服务的价值也可以在财务上采用成本效益分析、价值评估、投资回报对其经济价值进行评估。而在衡量高校图书馆服务的社会价值时,一般以社会影响审计、社会投资回报和基于成果的评估三种方法为主。[Purpose/significance]The public opinion that university libraries should be open to society and communities has triggered research on the performance measurement of university libraries.More and more university libraries are required to provide concrete evidences which are valuable for teaching and research.On the other hand the university library is also a kind of social institution serving the area where the university is located in.The service of the university library needs to be evaluated by public opinion.University libraries must show their value to stakeholders and prove that the existence of university libraries can bring positive social consequences to the institutions that support their development.[Method/process]From the three perspectives of economics philosophy and library science the concepts of value theory in university library service research are sorted out.From the three value theories of performance measurement and evaluation economic value research and social value research the application of value theory in university library service research is analyzed.[Result/conclusion]Traditional university library value research mainly adopts three performance measurement methods:system-based model result-based model and management and strategy-based model.Its goal is to improve the quality of university library services or to measure a specific aspect of college library services.The value of university library services can also be evaluated financially by cost-benefit analysis value evaluation and return on investment.When measuring the social value of university library services the three methods of social impact auditing social investment return and results-based evaluation are generally used.
