高校图书馆外文电子期刊全文数据库使用绩效评价——以华南理工大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为高校数据库绩效评价提供参考。[方法/过程]利用Web of Science学科评价工具获取引用数据和出版数据,采用全文下载量、引文量、发文量、论文被引频次等评价指标,对华南理工大学图书馆9个外文电子期刊全文数据库的使用效益和学术效益进行评价。[结果/结论]不同外文电子期刊全文数据库的绩效比较,可从科研人员对数据库论文的下载、引用和出版三个视角出发,以全文下载量、引文量、发文量和论文被引频次等为评价指标进行全面分析。[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to provide references for performance evaluation of university database.[Method/process]The paper obtains the quoted data and publishing data with subject evaluation tool of Web of Science uses the evaluation indexes including full-text download counts citation counts article issued amount cited frequency and carries out an evaluation on the service efficiency and academic performance of nine foreign language electronic journals full-text databases in South China University of technology Library.[Result/conclusion]Performance comparisons of different foreign language electronic journals full-text databases could be made from the perspectives of download citation and publication and use the evaluation indexes of full-text download counts citation counts article issued amount cited frequency.
