公共图书馆中文图书分类标引不一致问题及解决对策

摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为提高图书馆书目数据质量提供参考。[方法/过程]随机选取长沙图书馆、桂林图书馆、三亚图书馆、沈阳图书馆、武汉图书馆等5所采用图创计算机管理系统的单位作为调查对象,以电脑动画设计、三维动画制作、妇女百科、广告设计等关键词和以书名《人性的弱点》(卡耐基著)为检索点,调查其中文图书分类标引一致性现状,分析影响分类标引一致性的因素以及编目查重相关研究存在的误区。[结果/结论]指出外聘编目人员掌握编目查重的方法和技巧是提高分类标引一致性的前提,具有图书馆学专业背景的专业人员审核编目数据是保障分类标引一致性的关键;提出从源头上避免"同书异号"的应对措施,即提高《中国图书馆分类法》编撰质量,避免重复列类,按照"错也要错在一起"的原则处理新旧藏书。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for improving the quality of bibliographic data in library.[Method/process]The paper randomly selects five institutions which adopt the computer management system of graph creation such as Changsha Library Guilin Library Sanya Library Shenyang Library and Wuhan Library as the objects of investigation takes the keywords of computer animation design 3D animation women’s encyclopedia advertising design and the book of Human Weakness(By Carnegie)as retrieval points investigates the status quo of consistency in Chinese books classification indexing and analyzes the factors affecting the consistency of classification indexing as well as the errors existing in the relevant researches on cataloging rechecking.[Result/conclusion]It is the prerequisite for external catalogers to master the methods and skills of cataloging rechecking to improve the consistency of classification indexing;it is the key to ensure the consistency of classification indexing for professionals with library science background to review cataloging data.Finally it puts forwards some countermeasures to avoid“same books with different classifications”from the source that is to improve the compilation quality of Chinese Library Classification to avoid repeating classification and to deal with the old and new collections according to the principle that mistakes should be made together.
