摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为我国高校图书馆开展科研数据管理服务提供参考。[方法/过程]采用文献研究法和网络调查法探究国外高校图书馆的科研数据管理服务,从理论、政策以及实践3个方面对相关研究进行了梳理和分析。[结果/结论]我国高校图书馆要想在E-Research环境中占据特殊的地位,就必须不断更新和提高科研数据管理服务的技能,从以下几个方面入手:政策先行,发挥资助机构的监管作用;因地制宜,开发适合本土的科研数据管理服务模式;与时俱进,开展数据馆员的角色定位研究;技术引领,搭建功能良好的科研数据管理服务平台。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for research data management service of university libraries in China.[Method/process]The paper uses literature research method and network survey to explore research data management service of foreign university libraries and sorts out relevant researches from three aspects of theory policy and practice.[Result/conclusion]In order to make a special position in the E-Research environment university libraries in China must constantly update and improve the skills of research data management service:making policy firstly and playing the regulatory role in funding agencies;according to local conditions developing local research data management service models;keeping pace with The Times and carrying out the research on the role positioning of data librarians;technology leading building a functional research data management service platform.
