摘 要:粪便管理是畜牧业氨气排放的主要来源,由于养殖工艺、粪便管理方式、粪便理化特性及其氮素存在形式的不同,家禽粪便管理过程中氨气的产生和减排技术的应用与猪、牛略有不同。该文阐述了家禽粪便管理过程中氨气产生和释放的机理,分析了影响氨气产生和释放的关键影响因素,针对粪便管理过程中广泛采用的"排泄后"策略,着重论述了酸化、吸附和抑制等减排技术在家禽粪便氨气减排方面的应用情况、作用机制、影响因素、使用效果及优缺点,有助于深化家禽养殖氨气排放的认识、选择适宜我国生产条件的减排措施,对家禽绿色生产、节能减排具有重要意义。Manure management is the main source of ammonia emissions from animal production.The generating process and mitigation strategies of ammonia in poultry manure management are different from that of pigs and cattle because of their differences in farming techniques,manure management methods and manure characteristics.This article described the mechanisms of ammonia generating and diffusing from poultry manure to free air streams and analyzed the key factors affecting ammonia release.In view of the“post-excretion”strategy widely adopted in ammonia reduction in poultry manure management,this article focused on the technologies in acidification,adsorption and inhibitor and summarized their working principles,effectiveness,influence factors as well as their advantages and disadvantages in application.This would contribute in understanding of ammonia release from poultry manure and selecting the suitable mitigation technologies in practical application,which is meaningful in reducing pollutant emissions and adverse environment effects from poultry production.
