摘 要:试验旨在研究苏博美利奴羊周岁母羊羊毛纤维直径育种效果,为提高超细毛羊的生产性能提供科学依据。测定了新疆某种羊场2012-2018年间的3 871只苏博美利奴羊周岁母羊的羊毛纤维直径、标准差和纤维直径变异系数,对超细毛羊的平均纤维直径、标准差、纤维直径变异系数进行了描述性统计分析,并分析了2012-2018年间3 871只周岁母羊平均纤维直径、标准差、纤维直径变异系数的相关性。结果表明,2012-2018年,周岁母羊的羊毛平均纤维直径与标准差之间呈现极显著正相关(r=0.608,P<0.01),标准差与纤维直径变异系数之间也呈极显著正相关(r=0.792,P<0.01),平均纤维直径与纤维直径变异系数之间无显著相关(r=0.007,P>0.05)。The aim of this study was to study the effect of wool fiber diameter breeding of super fine wool sheep and to provide scientific basis for improving the production performance of super fine wool sheep. The mean fiber diameter, standard deviation and fiber diameter variation of 3871 super fine wool sheep from axinjiang sheep breeding farm were measured in 2012~2018,and descriptive statistics of characters and correlation analysis were conducted in 2012~2018.The results of correlation showed that there was a highly significant positive correlation between the mean fiber diameter and fiber diameter standard deviation(r=0.0.608,P<0.01), and so was the fiber diameter standard deviation and fiber diameter variation(r=0.792,P<0.01), and there was no significant correlation between the mean fiber diameter and the coefficient of fiber diameter variation(r=0.007,P>0.05).
