黑龙江省畜牧业生产形势与发展对策研究

摘　　要：为了推进农业供给侧结构性改革,推动畜牧业升级转型,实现畜牧经济可持续发展,对黑龙江省畜牧业的发展现状及其在全国畜牧业的优势作用进行总结,分析出全省畜牧业仍存在的畜禽废弃物无法高效处理、标准化规模养殖水平低、畜产品市场竞争力弱、产业化程度不足以及产业优势发挥不充分等五点问题。在此基础上,从加强废弃物综合利用,促进畜牧业可持续发展;转变传统养殖方式,发展标准化规模养殖;加强畜产品品牌建设,拓宽营销渠道;推进畜禽生产基地建设,提升畜牧业产业化程度;推进畜产品精深加工,发挥产业优势等五个方面提出对策建议,以推进黑龙江省畜牧业和我国畜牧业的健康发展。In order to promote the agricultural supply-side structural reform and the upgrading and transformation of animal husbandry, and realize the sustainable development of animal husbandry economy, the paper summarized the development status of animal husbandry in Heilongjiang Province and its dominant role in animal husbandry in China. Five problems were proposed and analyzed, which were inefficient treatment of livestock and poultry waste, lowstandardized scale breeding level,weak market competitiveness of livestock products,insufficient degree of industrialization, and unfully utilized industrial advantages.Based on these, countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from 5 aspects,they were strengthening the comprehensive utilization of waste and promoting the sustainable development of animal husbandry;transforming traditional farming methods and developing standardized scale farming;strengthening the construction of animal product brands and broadening marketing channels;promoting the construction of livestock and poultry production bases and improving the industrialization of animal husbandry;promoting the intensive processing of animal products and giving play to industrial advantages.It was aimed to promote the healthy development of animal husbandry in Heilongjiang Province and animal husbandry in China.
