摘　　要：作为关键核心零部件的无损检测传感器长期以来受制于国外产品。基于此本文,面向我国无损检测传感器知识产权整体现状、风险预警以及能力提升需求,综合运用定量、定性分析方法,采用绘制专利地图等手段,对我国无损检测传感器专利态势进行了详细的分析,阐明了无损检测传感器专利申请态势,给出了存在侵权风险的技术预警。Nondestructive testing(NDT)sensors,as the key components,have long been restricted by foreign products.Based on this the paper,and the overall situation,nondestructive detection sensor in our country intellectual property risk early warning and the ability to increase demand,the integrated use of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,use the means,such as map patent nondestructive detection sensor in China patent situation has carried on the detailed analysis and expounds the application for a patent for nondestructive testing sensor,gives a technique of infringement risk early warning.
