摘　　要：在实验的基础上汇总了西门子DCS系统中二取一功能块的各类故障模式和故障后果,并结合控制逻辑梳理的结果制定了相应的整改措施。理论分析和实验结果均表明,本文提出的二取一功能块可靠性提升方法可有效避免某些特殊故障模式对机组稳定运行所造成的不利影响。On the basis of experiments,this paper summarizes various fault modes and fault consequences of 1-out-of-2 function block in Siemens DCS system,and combined with the result of control logic combing,the corresponding rectification measures were formulated.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the proposed reliability lifting method of 1-outof-2 function block in this paper can effectively avoid the adverse effects of some fault modes on the stable operation of the unit.
