摘　　要：介绍基于LabVIEW和PCI板卡开发一套通用的可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)测试系统,该系统向PLC提供合适的数字量/模拟量输入信号,采集PLC的数字量/模拟量输出信号,通过网络和PLC进行数据交互,将数据比对计算后输出测试结果。该系统解决了传统测试时操作复杂及大量人工操作测试而造成效率低、成本高的不足。实验证明,该测试系统可以精准方便地模拟现场信号并图形化显示测试结果,提高了PLC测试效率和经济性,也为PLC的现场应用提供科学、有效的实验依据。This paper introduces a general PLC testsystem based on Lab VIEW and PCI board.The systemprovides PLC with appropriate digital/analog inputsignal,collects the digital/analog output signal of PLC,interacts with PLC through network,and outputs testresults after data comparison and calculation.The systemsolves the problems of low efficiency and high costcaused by the complex operation of traditional test anda large number of manual operation test.Experimentsshow that the system can simulate the f ield signals accurately and conveniently and display the test results graphically,which improves the efficiency and economy of PLC test,and also provides scientific and effective experimental basis for the field application of PLC.
