摘　　要：物流管理学科属于管理学中的应用管理学科,要求物流管理专业的老师和学生具有良好的实践能力以及创新创业能力,以适应经济发展对物流行业的需求。高校作为连接企业和人才培养之间的桥梁,在探索创新创业人才培养中具有举足轻重的作用。文章从物流管理专业教学中存在的问题出发,结合物流专业培养学生创新创业能力改革情况,提出了物流管理专业全过程、分层次创新创业能力培养模式。The subject of logistics management belongs to the applied management subject in the management science,which requires the teachers and students of logistics management to have high innovation and entrepreneurship ability,so as to meet the needs of economic development for the logistics industry.As a bridge between enterprises and talents,colleges and universities play an important role in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Starting from the problems existing in the teaching of logistics management specialty and combining with the reform of training students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability in logistics specialty,this paper puts forward the whole process and hierarchical innovation and entrepreneurship ability training mode of logistics management specialty.
